Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2 000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Guests must have a valid driver's licence and vehicle licence disc to gain access to the estate.
Please note that access to the estate will only be granted once the account has been paid in full.
The following FICA documentation is required prior to arrival: a copy of the guest's ID, proof of residence, and a bank-stamped bank confirmation letter for the refundable breakage deposit.
To avoid delays during check-in, guests are requested to complete the facial recognition pre-registration process using the link provided via email before arrival.
Guests are required to bring their own beach towels, dishcloths, and dishwasher tablets if the villa is equipped with a dishwasher.
A starter pack consisting of soap, toilet paper, and dishwashing liquid will be provided upon arrival and will not be replenished during the stay.
Please note that cash payments are not accepted on the estate.
Check-out is at 10:00. A fee will be deducted from the breakage deposit for late departures.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. A penalty fee will be charged for any violations.
The maximum occupancy of the villa may not be exceeded. Failure to comply may result in eviction and additional penalties.
Monkeys are common in the area. Guests are requested to ensure that all doors and windows are securely closed when leaving the villa.
A refundable breakage deposit applies. Guests are requested to inspect the villa upon arrival and report any missing or damaged items immediately. Any damages or losses will be deducted from the deposit, and costs exceeding the deposit amount will be charged accordingly.
Pets are not permitted on the estate.
Daily housekeeping services are available between 08:00 and 14:00, excluding Sundays. Towels are changed every second day and linen every fifth day. Please note that standard villas do not receive daily housekeeping and will only receive a linen and towel change on the fifth day.
Management reserves the right to cancel any booking due to excessive disturbance, damage to property, or failure to comply with the estate rules.
