Unit 3 is located on the ground floor has a separate entrance and can function as an independent room with a small foyer. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and and en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The room features built-in cupboards and a kitchenette with a microwave, kettle, fridge and a table with 4 chairs. Please note that this room does not have access to the other areas when booked separately and is more suitable for overnight stays. Guests must please take note that this unit does not offer Wi-Fi, Supersport Channel 211, or any braai facilities. This unit is not pet-friendly. On request, a gas braai can be organised though weather permitting. This room has no view but the beach is visible from the front door and can be reached within 50m from the house.

Unit 2 comprises 2 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 4 guests and are only available with the main house. The first bedroom features a double bed and an en-suite bathroom that is fitted with a shower, while the second bedroom features 2 single beds and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. Guests staying in this unit have access to all facilities in the main house. The TV room with DStv links these rooms. No WiFi is available. No Supersport channel 211 is available. When however the whole house (all 3 units) is booked we offer a 15% discount.
