Check-in and check-out times apply; please inform us if you expect to arrive late. Late arrivals can be arranged in advance.
The cardholder must present both the credit card used for booking and a valid ID/passport at check-in.
Reception hours are 07:00–20:00 (07:00–19:00 in winter) and may close earlier on Sundays.
Please be considerate of fellow guests and keep noise to a minimum.
Pets are welcome by prior arrangement in selected rooms only.
Housekeeping is included in the rate.
Smoking is not permitted in rooms; designated areas are available outside.
Children must be supervised at the pool at all times.
