Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R2800 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

The unit accommodates up to four guests in accordance with the estate rules.

Linen is provided and replaced only for stays longer than five days.

Bath towels are supplied and replaced on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

Additional linen and towel changes can be arranged for an extra fee.

DStv is included for guest use.

Guests are required to bring their own beach towels.

The unit is non-smoking.

No pets are allowed.

During the low season, housekeeping is limited to Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Additional days can be arranged at an extra fee upon request.

During mid- and high season, long weekends, and school holidays, the unit is serviced daily except on Sundays and public holidays.

By booking this unit, guests agree to the estate’s terms and conditions and house rules.

Motorcycles are not permitted on the estate unless prior arrangements are made for parking.

All bookings for December and January must be paid in full at least one month prior to arrival.

No payments can be made at the estate, and all amounts must be settled before arrival.

If an alternative booking can be secured, a full refund will be issued minus the administration fee.

Gate fees are R65 for 1–2 days, R150 for 3–5 days, R200 for 6–7 days, and R290 for 8 or more days.

An additional cleaning fee is payable directly to the host.
