Overall it was great, but Eskom had an electricity outage for one and a half days. The apartment was in a good location with lovely sea views. Unfortunately, the only issue was miscommunication between the property agent and ourselves on checkout. The cleaning company and the cleaner were unprofessional. They created chaos on departure. The property agent did not respond to the email correctly, taking into account that all was good to depart at 11:00 am. Disappointed.
