Description
Santorini 402B is a lovely self-catering holiday apartment situated in a secure building right across the road from the ocean in Margate. It is ideally suited for friends and family who are looking for a peaceful and convenient home base from where they can explore and enjoy this coastal destination.
The apartment can accommodate up to 8 guests and comprises 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. All of the bedrooms are furnished with a double bed. The first bedroom has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and shower, while the second bedroom’s en-suite bathroom contains a bath. The shared bathroom is fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. Bed linen is provided; guests are required to bring their own bath and beach towels.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. A dishwasher, tumble dryer, and a washing machine are provided for added convenience. The dining and lounging areas have comfortable seating for guests to dine and relax, and for guests' entertainment, there is a Smart TV and a pool table. Access to Wi-Fi is available.
Guests can enjoy a spacious balcony with an outdoor dining table, a gas braai, and unspoiled views of the ocean, and a communal swimming pool with additional braai facilities. Secure parking is available on the premises. Access to the beach is approximately 250 m away, with local amenities such as shops and restaurants being easily accessible.
