Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Please note, that the accommodation is accessed via stairs, and may not be suitable for young children, the elderly, or guests with disabilities.
The breakage deposit is refundable 7 days after departure if everything is in order at the unit.
Guests can check in later if they arrange in advance.
Additional fees will be charged in the event of any of the following situations:
If guests smoke in the unit
If the dishes were not washed before departure
If guests do not lock the unit
If guests do not return the keys upon departure
If guests arrive after the check-in time
If more guests than booked occupy the unit
If there are any marks or stains on the furniture or carpets
If pets are in the units without permission
Any breakages or deficiencies
Any excessive noise or disturbances that cause the neighbors to complain
If guests mix the contents of different units, e.g. cutlery and crockery etc.
