House Rules

As guests, you have access to the owner's exclusive Concierge service. They are there to make every detail perfect, from booking epic activities and arranging chefs to stocking groceries and organising smooth transport. Guests can contact the owner directly for these details.

Early check-ins or late check-outs may be accommodated upon request and availability.
This home accommodates up to 12 guests. Please do not exceed this limit without prior approval.
Quiet hours are from 22:30 to 07:00. Kindly keep noise to a minimum during these times to respect the neighbours.
Guests may smoke outdoors only. Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
The owners welcome well-behaved pets. Please ensure they are supervised and do not cause any damage. No pets on the furniture, please. There is a poop scooper by the black bin outside. Please pick up the poop at least every 3 days.
The host must approve parties and events beforehand. Please enjoy the home responsibly.

The owners understand that accidents can happen. Please report any damage immediately so they can address it.
Guests are responsible for damage costs if applicable. The owners give themselves 14 days' grace after you have checked out to communicate any damage or loss, as it is impossible to check everything quickly before your departure.

Keep the keys safe and return them at check-out. Lost keys may incur a replacement fee.
Ensure doors and windows are locked whenever you leave the house.

Please do not leave candles, stoves, or grills unattended. The fire extinguisher is located under the kitchen sink.
