House Rules
Guests are welcome to use the portable braai for wood or charcoal fires. The first bag of wood will be provided; thereafter, guests will have to buy their own wood.
There is a mattress in the dining room that can be used for the bench on the porch. Please bring the mattress inside after use.
There is a fireplace that can be used. Heaters are available. Do not leave the heaters on when you are not in the room or when you leave the property.
The TV is connected to the internet. Guests can stream from a device to the TV. The following are available: Netflix and Apple TV.
Feel free to read any books on the shelves or watch the available DVDs.
Guests are welcome to use both the dishwasher and washing machine. Dishwasher capsules will be in the cupboard under the sink.
Trash is collected on Monday mornings; please put the black bags outside for collection. There are extra trash bags under the kitchen sink.
This property uses a septic tank, so do not flush any foreign objects. Please use water sparingly.
Smoking is not allowed in the home.
Pets are not allowed.
Any parties or private functions are not allowed.
No additional guests without prior arrangements are allowed.
