Guests will be held responsible for any excessive cleaning costs, damages, or breakages to the property and its contents, including appliances, linen, crockery, cutlery, and furnishings.

The owner is not liable for temporary interruptions to water, electricity, Wi-Fi, or other utility services, including load shedding or estate-related outages.

Guests stay at the property at their own risk. The owner accepts no responsibility for loss, injury, damage, or claims arising during the stay.

It offers air conditioning and the kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave, kettle, cutlery, crockery, fridge- freezer, with a tea and coffee-making station. Step outside and enjoy the beauty of the estate’s lush gardens, birdlife, and natural surroundings. The outdoor areas provide the perfect setting for morning walks, relaxed afternoons, or evening braais under the trees.

Attractions/activities to explore include shark cage diving, Riverbend Crocodile Farm, Beaver Creek Coffee Estate, swimming, scuba diving, fishing, hiking trails, or simply enjoying the local cuisine and culture.
