Upon arrival, guests must inspect the property and report any damages, breakages, faults, or missing items to Alice immediately. Any unreported damages will be assumed to have occurred during your stay and may be charged accordingly.

This is a peaceful property intended for the enjoyment of registered guests only. No visitors, events, or parties are permitted.

Please respect other guests and keep noise levels low, especially after 10pm.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.

Kindly switch off lights, air-conditioning, and appliances when not in use.

Please leave the property clean, tidy, and in the same condition as it was found.

Guests will be held responsible for any excessive cleaning costs, damages, or breakages to the property and its contents, including appliances, linen, crockery, cutlery, and furnishings.

The owner is not liable for temporary interruptions to water, electricity, Wi-Fi, or other utility services, including load shedding or estate-related outages.

Guests stay at the property at their own risk. The owner accepts no responsibility for loss, injury, damage, or claims arising during the stay.
