House Rules
Please note that this property is strictly pet-free. We have family members who are highly allergic to pet hair; therefore, pets are not permitted on the property under any circumstances.
Once your booking is confirmed, we will require the full names and ID details of all guests staying at the property. Your information will be kept private and will never be shared with third parties.
House Rules:
• No parties or events are allowed.
• No smoking is permitted inside the property.
• Only registered guests are allowed on the premises.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of our neighbours.
• Please switch off lights, heating/cooling systems, and appliances when not in use or when leaving the property.
• Keep the property clean and tidy, and treat it as you would your own home.
• Dispose of rubbish in the bins provided and do not leave food out, especially overnight.
• Any damage, maintenance issues, or concerns must be reported immediately.
