Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R8000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Please note that the guest unit is situated on the middle and lower levels of the property and has a private entrance. The owner resides on the top floor. Guests may encounter the resident dogs; however, they remain upstairs and do not have access to guest areas.
Certain areas of the accommodation are accessed via stairs and may not be suitable for young children, elderly guests, or those with mobility challenges. Guests are kindly advised to take this into consideration when making a booking.
A domestic cleaning service is available for guests who would like daily assistance. This service can be arranged directly with the host after confirmation of your booking and is charged separately from the reservation and standard check-out cleaning fee. Please enquire from the host for the rates.
A refundable breakage deposit is required per 7-night stay.
Two additional single beds can be provided on request.
