Sea-View Nautica @ Mossel Bay is an ultra modern self-catering, self-check-in apartment with landscape views which are breathtaking, even from the main bed, when waking in the mornings or from the balcony, while sipping on your cocktails and having a braai on the gas bbq.
We are situated near the blue flag beaches of de Bakke and Santos in the iconic town of Mossel Bay, Western Cape Province, along South Africa’s well-known Garden Route.
The area is recognized for its scenic routes, stunning golf courses, hiking trails, surfing spots, and nearby attractions, including the Bartolomeu Dias Museum Complex, Cape St Blaize Lighthouse Complex, de Bakke, Santos and Diaz Beaches.
The apartment accommodates 4 guests, only, with comfort and comprises 2 bedrooms and 2 en-suite bathrooms.
Bedroom 1 is furnished with a queen-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a large shower, toilet, and dual basin. Bedroom 2 is furnished with 2 single beds and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet, and basin.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble-dryer, cutlery, and crockery.
The living area comprises an open plan comfy lounge and dining area, as well as a TV, Dstv & fibre WiFi.
Additional features include air-conditioning, access to a secure communal swimming pool, and one (only) dedicated secure covered parking bay.
The apartment is situated in a quiet area near the escalator, with level tiled flooring.
Shopping Centers, various restaurants and attractions are located a short 5 to 10 min drive away.
