Description

Seabatical is a beautiful, large self-catering home set high on a hill in Old Place in Knysna with amazing views of the Knysna Heads and lagoon. This is a quiet and peaceful area, which is a walk or a short drive from the Waterfront or main town centre.

The house can accommodate up to 8 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a large open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area.
The first bedroom contains a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds that can be converted to a king-size bed.
The third bedroom contains 2 single beds.
The second bathroom contains a bath and a handheld shower attachment, a toilet and a washbasin.

The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering, and there is also a large scullery with a dishwasher and a washer-dryer. The dining area contains a large 8-seater dining table. There is a sleeper couch that sleeps two in a public area, but not in the lounge.

Outside, there is a covered patio with outdoor furniture and built-in braai facilities. The patio leads to a swimming pool deck with an amazing pool and a large garden, which is pet-friendly.

There is a flat on the property which has a tenant, but the facilities are completely private.

The doors were jamming and the hot water kept on running out. It was nice, but the doors kept on jamming.
