Please note, the apartment does not have a sea view.
Our apartments can only accommodate 2 guests maximum and are for paying guests only, so no day visitors are allowed.
Please respect our neighbors and other guests and observe quiet hours at all times. No loud music, no parties, no group bookings.
This is a non-smoking apartment. Failing to adhere to this will lead to an R2 000 automatic penalty deduction. Smoking is only permitted outside.
Pets are not allowed
Please keep the apartment tidy and respect our property as if it were yours.
Trash and recycling bins are located just before the stairs. Please dispose of your waste appropriately.
Ensure all doors and windows are locked when you leave the apartment.
