House Rules
We want you to have a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Please take note of the following to ensure everything runs smoothly for you and our neighbours:
1. Check-in & Check-out
Check-in: From 15:00 (3pm)
Check-out: Strictly by 10:00am
2. No Smoking
No smoking inside the unit.
Smoking is permitted only on the verandah.
3. Occupancy
Maximum of 6 guests at all times.
4. Visitors
Visitors are only allowed with prior permission.
Guests are responsible for the behaviour of their visitors at all times.
5. Pets
No pets are allowed under any circumstances.
6. Noise & Gatherings
No parties, events, or gatherings (including matric rage).
Please be respectful of neighbours and keep noise to a minimum.
Quiet hours: 10:00pm – 7:00am.
7. Parking
Parking is available in Bay 9.
Visitors parking may be used if Bay 9 is unavailable.
Please ensure vehicles are parked considerately at all times.
8. Pool & Common Areas
The pool is a communal area.
Please respect other residents when using shared spaces.
No glass or loud behaviour in these areas.
9. Beach & Sand
Please wash your feet using the taps provided before entering the unit to prevent sand being brought inside.
10. Property Care
Please treat the property with care and respect.
Any damages or breakages must be reported as soon as possible.
Guests may be held responsible for any damages caused during their stay.
11. General
Please follow all complex/body corporate rules during your stay.
Failure to comply may result in termination of your booking without refund.
