House Rules
No additional guests or visitors are allowed without prior arrangement.
No commercial photography or filming is permitted.
Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited both inside and outside the unit.
No parties are allowed. Please keep noise levels to a minimum, especially after 22:00.
No pets are allowed.
Use of the swimming pool is at your own risk.
Please note that Seëninge is located within an estate where no street parking is allowed, and the use of drones is prohibited.
