We only slept here. I would recommend that the geyser / hot water system be updated / fixed. Low water pressure and almost no hot water. The beds were good, but it felt unsafe as only the bedrooms had proper curtains that closed. The location was not at a retreat, but rather old accommodation on a plot that is being updated.

Good day Mareli, we are so sorry about your experience. Regarding the curtains, everywhere has curtains except the kitchen as it faces the bush; we thought it would bring a lot of lighting and that guests would love the view as we believed it's a unique experience. We have now decided that we will put blinds to give guests the opportunity to choose. Regarding the geyser, we recently discovered that the geyser time switch in the unit in question had been unintentionally turned off, most likely due to a momentary oversight. We understand that this may have caused inconvenience, and for that, we are truly sorry. Please rest assured that the switch has now been turned back on, and everything is functioning as it should. We acted swiftly to correct the issue, but we know that even brief interruptions can impact your comfort and peace of mind. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
