Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 10:00 AM
This is a multi-unit property. Please keep noise levels (TV, music, and conversations) to a minimum during these hours to respect guests in the other unit.
No Parties or Events:
We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for parties or large gatherings. Only the number of guests reflected on the reservation may be on the property after 10:00 PM.
Parking:
One parking bay is allocated per unit. Please ensure that you do not block access to the other unit.
Common Areas:
Kindly clean up after using shared spaces. Please do not leave personal belongings or refuse in communal areas.
No Smoking:
Smoking or vaping inside the units is strictly prohibited. A R1,000 deep-cleaning fee will be charged if there is any evidence of indoor smoking.
Cleaning Services:
Cleaning can be arranged at an additional cost of R200 per service. For long-term stays (more than one week), cleaning will be arranged at no additional charge.
Breakages and Damages:
Accidents happen — please report any breakages immediately. Significant damages or missing items may be charged accordingly.
Late Check-Out:
Check-out is strictly by 11:00 AM. Unauthorised late check-outs will incur a R100 administration fee per hour.
