Fantastic setting, beautiful spacious house and direct access to the beach.

We had a wonderful time at Shale Beach House, the kids were kept busy in the pool, and we explored the nearby beach, swam in the sea at the local Blue Flag beach and had enough space to host a braai for our local friends. The home was spacious, comfortable and clean. Solar power meant that we did not notice the impact of loadshedding at all. Wilson was on hand for any queries and check-in and check-out were easy and convenient. Our family live nearby so the location was incredibly convenient for seeing them and for exploring the area. We will definitely recommend Shale Beach House and will look forward to another stay there in the future.

Beautiful home in a great location.

Absolutely loved our weekend stay at Shales House. We will definitely be booking again soon — perhaps when it's warmer though.

Wonderful place to stay on the beach.

Prime location to a beautiful private beach. The grounds were very well kept. Had lovely visits from the wildlife around us.
