Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R5000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
All guests (local and international) must be registered prior to arrival in line with body corporate regulations. Guests are required to provide full names, contact details, copies of ID or passports, vehicle details (if applicable), and an estimated arrival time. Failure to submit these details may result in delayed check-in.
The property is strictly non-smoking, and no parties, events, or pets are permitted. Guests are responsible for all minors and visitors during their stay.
For stays of 8 nights or longer, a complimentary mid-stay clean with fresh linen is provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged on request at an additional cost.
Electricity usage is subject to a fair use policy, and excessive consumption may incur additional charges.
Late check-in is available by prior arrangement and may incur an additional fee.
A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee will apply.
