Each bathroom in these units is fitted with a shower, a toilet, and a washbasin. All units contain a flat-screen TV with OpenView channels.
Each kitchenette is equipped for self-catering and contains a fridge, microwave, 2-plate stove, and cutlery and crockery. Free Wi-Fi access and fresh linen and towels are also provided. On-site facilities include a communal swimming pool, braai facilities, and secure undercover parking. The property is also equipped with a JoJo tank and utilizes borehole water to ensure a reliable water supply.
The property is situated within close proximity to the N12 highway, allowing guests to avoid heavy city traffic. Key landmarks are located within easy reach, including the Robert Mangaliso Sobukwe Hospital which is 2.6 km away, and Diamandveld High School which is 3.5 km away.
