Description
Shongili Island Lodge is situated in Praia do Bilene and offers self-catering accommodation in a peaceful coastal setting surrounded by the Uembje seawater lagoon. Located within close proximity to the beach, the lodge provides an ideal retreat for families and guests seeking a relaxing getaway with access to a variety of water-based activities.
The lodge can accommodate up to 5 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and a single bed, while the en-suite bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet, and washbasin. The second bedroom contains a king-size bed and a single bed and also features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet, and washbasin. Linen is provided; however, guests are required to bring their own towels.
The open-plan living area features a kitchen equipped with a stove, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery, as well as a breakfast bar with stools. A dining table with seating is positioned adjacent to the kitchen, creating a comfortable space for shared meals and relaxation.
Guests can enjoy access to a swimming pool and a private lagoon that is ideal for swimming. A paddle ski is available for guest use. Activities in the surrounding area include snorkelling, swimming, surfing, and windsurfing. Secure parking is available, and boat transfers can be arranged from Bilene town for guests travelling without a 4x4 vehicle. Please note that the lodge operates on solar power, and the use of high-consumption electrical appliances is not permitted.
