Description
Located in Praia do Bilene, Shongili Island Lodge offers self-catering accommodation within walking distance of the beach, making it an ideal coastal retreat. We are surrounded by the Uembje sea-water lagoon, which makes it a haven for families with children. The smaller private lagoon is ideal for swimming, and the use of our paddle ski is free of charge.
We can pick you up by boat in Biléne town if you do not have a 4x4 vehicle. We will help you park your car in a safe area and bring you and your luggage over the water to the lodge.
The lodge is on solar power, so no hair dryers and any electric elements allowed.
The spacious home can accommodate 5 guests across 2 bedrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and a single bed, and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower and toilet. The second bedroom contains a king-size bed and also boasts an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower and toilet. All linen is provided; however, guests are required to bring their own towels.
The open-plan living area features a kitchen equipped with a stove, fridge-freezer, cutlery, and crockery, as well as a breakfast bar with stools. Leading from the kitchen is a dining table with seating, ideal for shared meals.
Outside, guests can enjoy a refreshing dip in the swimming pool. Secure parking is provided throughout guests’ stay. Guests can also enjoy snorkelling, swimming, surfing, and windsurfing at the nearby beach.
