Breakage Deposit

House Rules
No parties or large gatherings are allowed.
No loud music and noise are permitted between 22:00 and 10:00 on weekends (Friday – Saturday) and between 19:30 and 10:00 on weekdays. Please keep the noise level down and respect the neighbours, as the home is in a residential area.
