Description
Silver Beach 1 offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in a 3-bedroom unit, situated in a small and secure complex in the coastal town of Port Edward, on KwaZulu Natal’s South Coast. There are only 4 units in the complex, and all units are very private. The complex has water tanks on the premises and can supply all units with water.
There are 3 bedrooms situated upstairs, 2 with a double beds 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds for 2 children. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower, and opens onto a balcony with a partial sea view. The other 2 bedrooms have access to a shared bathroom with a bath and shower. Linen and bath towels are provided.
Downstairs comprises an open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, an oven and stove and a microwave, as well as a washing machine and dishwasher for guests convenience. The kitchen opens up to a small open courtyard. The living area is equipped with a TV with full DStv channels, and opens up onto an undercover braai area with patio furniture; this looks onto a private enclosed garden with a swimming pool.
Secure parking is available in a motorised double garage, which gives direct access into the unit. The complex is fully walled and has an electric fence for security.
Management are on site 24/7 and are available to assist with any issues. Bookings longer than 7 days, change of linen and towels are done in the middle of the stay.
Attractions in the surrounding area include beautiful golf courses, Red Desert Nature Reserve, Beaver Creek Coffee Estate, Wild Coast Casino, Mac Banana, Riverbend Crocodile Farm and the sardine run in June and July. The Ponte were trips on the river can be arranged.
