Met ons aankoms was daar geen water nie. Daar was geen water om te stort, hande te was of selfs tande te borsel nie. Daar is 'n groot kan water, maar te swaar om dit op te lig en gebruik te maak daarvan. Ons muurproppe was uitgebrand en ons kon nie enige toestelle herlaai nie. Die toilet se plafon is oop. Very disappointed.

No Water. No reception to welcome us. Room not ready for paying customers. Very cold, no heater. No television. Definitely not what was advertised. No 24-hour reception as advertised. No security as the gate was left open.
