House Rules
Basic cleaning and cooking supplies will be available, but please realise that we do not supply enough for long stays.
Pamphlet in folder supplies list of all shops, restaurants and businesses within Witsand, but you are welcome to ask for assistance if you need any further information.
Boat and fishing licences can be bought on line or at shops mentioned in pamphlet.
Occupancy at any time or for any reason is limited to agreed upon amount on confirmation of booking.
Please be considerate with consumption of energy, when using the jacuzzi. Switch of immediately after each session and cover with heat blankets.
Vehicles and boats must be parked in designated areas.
Locked cupboards are for personal items of owners.
NO furniture rearrangement.
NO food and drinks in the bedrooms, guests will be charged for any stained linen.
Washing of boats and vehicles is prohibited during times with water restrictions - please confirm with us whether water restrictions are being enforced.
Please only clean fish in designated area and clean up area after use.
NO SMOKING anywhere in the building.
Quiet time is 22h00 and 6h00, please respect neighbours by keeping noise levels down within this time frame.
On check out, please make sure that the premises is generally tidy, with all dishes washed and refuge in outside bins.
Key must be placed in key safe on day of departure, guests will be charged for any lost or damaged keys/remotes.
Please close all doors and windows when checking out.
