Protection of Personal Information and Booking Process
In accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), any personal information you provide during the booking process will be shared with the Homeowners Association (HOA) once your booking has been confirmed. This information sharing is essential to ensure that your access can be facilitated and to support the requirements set forth by the HOA.
Prior to your arrival, you will receive a copy of the Estate Rules either via WhatsApp or email. This will help familiarize you with the guidelines and expectations for your stay.

The right of admission is reserved. The Breedezicht Estate conduct rules are strictly enforced to ensure that guests have a pleasant stay and to maintain good relations with the neighbors.

The person making the booking accepts full responsibility for any breakages or damage of any nature occurring to the property, or the contents thereof during their stay, and will remain responsible in his/her personal capacity for the cost thereof.

Excessive noise and/or loud music are prohibited at all times, day or night.

The maximum number of guests permitted on the premises is strictly limited to the number specified in your booking. Unoccupied rooms will be secured and locked.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.

No items may be removed from the property at any time.

The outstanding balance must be settled at least two days prior to your arrival. In the event that payment is not received in advance, the balance must be paid in cash upon arrival.

Linen is provided, but bath and beach towels are not. Guests are required to bring their own towels.

Dishwashing liquid, 2 dishwasher tablets, 2 dish towels, 2 black bags, and 1 toilet roll per toilet are provided.

No beverages are supplied. Please bring your own coffee, tea, sugar, and milk.

Guests are required to bring their own portable hinged grid for the braai. Firewood is not supplied.
