House Rules
The cardholder and ID or Passport must be present at check-in. Full payment must be received by Sky Villa Boutique Hotel no later than 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations made less than 30 days prior to arrival will require full payment within 48 hours.
All bank charges are to be covered by the guest, agent, or operator. If a refund is paid by Sky Villa Boutique Hotel, the bank charges will be deducted from the refund payment.
Provisional bookings will be held for a maximum of 14 days unless an extension has been requested in writing and has been approved.
Raw Africa Boutique Collection reserves the right to amend the quoted tariffs should there be any change in the percentage rate of VAT or any other levy, tax, or impost becoming payable by Raw Africa Boutique Collection after the date of booking or in the event of the devaluation of the SA Rand.
The Sky Villa Annex is a guesthouse located within walking distance of the Main Hotel. Guests booking any 1 of the 6 air-conditioned, en-suite bedrooms in the Annex will have access to a shared lounge, fully equipped kitchen, Fireplace, heated pool, and entertainment area. Guests are also able to make use of the facilities at the Main Hotel.
Early check-in and late check-out are to be informed prior to arrival and is subject to availability.
