Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
If any items are damaged or lost during your stay, you will be responsible for the replacement cost of the item(s).
No Pets allowed
Should you depart early please contact your host to make arrangements for the keys.
No additional guests are allowed to stay over other than booked for.
Please note that all our rental units are Self Catering therefore we ONLY provide a starter kit of toilet paper (one roll per bathroom), a small amount of washing up liquid and/or two dishwasher blocks and 1 extra rubbish bag.
Parking is available on the graveled area outside the front gate in Mosselbank street. Please refrain from leaving valuables in the vehicles. Please bring along your own food, drinks, toiletries and wood (Facilities for making a fire is only available in the ground floor unit).
No noise will be tolerated after 22:00 at night.
Lost and found items will be kept in storage for 3 months only.
Personal laundry can be arranged at additional charge, please check availability with your host.
No smoking is permitted in any buildings. Smoking is allowed in common areas but please do not litter.
