To ensure a pleasant, comfortable, and safe stay for all guests, we kindly request that the following house rules be observed:
Noise and Respect for Other Guests
Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 07:00.
Please be considerate of other guests and keep noise levels to a minimum.
Excessive noise, loud music, or disruptive behaviour will not be permitted.
Visitors
Guests are responsible for the conduct of their visitors.
Smoking
Smoking is prohibited inside all rooms and indoor areas.
Additional cleaning fees may apply for smoking inside rooms.
Property & Facilities
Please treat lodge facilities, furnishings, and equipment with care.
Any loss, damage, or breakages may be charged to the guest responsible.
Children must be supervised at all times, especially around the swimming pool and braai areas.
Swimming Pool
Use of the swimming pool is at your own risk.
No lifeguard is on duty.
Braai Facilities
Braai facilities are available for guest use.
Please ensure fires are fully extinguished after use.
Guests are responsible for cleaning the braai area after use.
Safety & Security
Keep rooms and vehicles locked at all times.
The lodge cannot accept responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
Please report any suspicious activity to management immediately.
Parking
Secure on-site parking is provided for guests.
Vehicles are parked at the owner's risk.
Pets
No pets are allowed unless prior arrangements have been made with management.
Departure
Please switch off lights, air conditioners, and electrical appliances when leaving your room.
Return all keys upon departure.
