Great location and design, in need of a few detail changes and closer management. Great location. Cleanliness left much to be desired - when we arrived, we found that the bedding was not fresh, the duvet cover had what appeared to be blood spatters on it, and the couch was soiled to the extent that we could not use it. I am aware that we arrived on New Year's Day, but there was no-one on duty to report this to. We showed this to the cleaning staff the next morning, and they replaced the bedding and tried to clean the couch. For the two days that we were there, there was no management presence, and I think this is the key issue, as the staff then do just as they please. The facility has great potential if properly managed and can be improved with a few small changes. For example, there is a great boma braai facility, but not a single rubbish bin present, so where does one dispose of bottles, cans, meat packaging and the like? The boma was also not properly cleaned while we were there. The room only had a bedside table on one side of the bed, so what does the other person do? Perfect stay from booking to checking out. Fantastic place that is very well situated within walking distance from all the good spots. Great stay over on the way to Kruger. Very clean and well organised. We will be back. We even left a pair of pants that were kept safe and returned to us.
