House Rules
1. NO loud noises i.e., screaming, shouting, loud music, are not tolerated at any time during your stay.
2. Failure to observe this will result in a R2700 fine chargeable on your card.
3. Please stay indoors after 10:00 pm to avoid disturbing the neighbors.
4. Smoking of any kind i.e. cigarettes, hookah (shisha/hubbly) is not permitted on the premises
5. Pets are not allowed
6. Extra guests will incur an extra charge (Maximum number of guests is 14)
7. Please observe the agreed check-in (3:00 pm) and check-out time (11.00 am). Failure to do so will attract extra charges
8. Replacement fee is chargeable on any damages, broken furniture, utensils, missing bedding, and towels
9. Extra cleaning costs are changeable if the house is left untidy and dirty
10. All electrical appliances must be turned off when checking out
11. Inform hosts of any concerns regarding your stay
