Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Cleaning service is available on request at an additional fee per service (includes dishwashing, waste removal, kitchen tidy-up, and braai cleaning).
Lock the keys in the lockbox before leaving.
Netflix and DStv are available. Log in with your own details and log out when checking out.
The number of guests must match the booking.
Indoor furniture must stay indoors.
Extinguish the fire pit and fireplace before leaving or sleeping.
No hot ash in bins.
No smoking indoors.
Fires are only allowed in the fire pit.
Keep music and noise low; it must not disturb neighbors.
No noise or music between 22:00 to 08:00.
Disturbances may lead to a fine of R2000, deducted from the deposit.
Animals roam freely; do not feed them.
No pets are allowed; violators will be asked to leave.
No spotlights or drones are permitted.
Only use designated areas and follow access restrictions.
Wildlife viewing is allowed from 06:00 to 07:00.
Walking and cycling are at your own risk due to free-roaming animals.
Keep doors and windows closed when away to avoid unwanted visitors like monkeys or baboons.
The pool is open and unfenced. Supervise children at all times.
Use the pool cover if available and ensure it’s in working condition for safety.
