Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2 000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
A key and breakage deposit per booking is payable at least 7 working days prior to arrival and is refundable within 5 to 7 working days after the house has been scrutinized and all found in order.
The keys will not be handed over under any circumstances without the deposit having been received.
A non-refundable pet deposit per pet is payable with the balance 7 days before arrival.
An additional pet fee is charged per pet. Guests must please note that there is no fence around the property.
There is backup power source for for Wi-Fi, light, and the TV during loadshedding.
Please remain respectful at all times.
Parties and loud music are not allowed. If you or your visitors misbehave, the host has the right to cancel your booking and ask you to leave.
