Description

Sossus Oasis Campsite is located near the entrance gate to Sesriem and Sossusvlei, an area well known for the towering red sand dunes of the Namib Desert and the remarkable depths of the Sesriem Canyon.

The property consists of 18 individually shaded campsites, each with its own toilet and shower facilities; kitchen with wash-up basin, as well as braai facilities and electricity points. Admire the magnificent sunset and sunrise views from your unique roof top terrace which is also a perfect spot for those eager to sleep under the star-studded skies of the Namib.

The cool and inviting pool is perfect to refresh after a day of fun in the Desert!

The nearby Sossus Oasis Service Station has a fully stocked shop offering snacks, drinks, ice, groceries, wood, toiletries, curios, clothing as well as fuel and a tyre workshop service.

The nearest restaurant is situated at the adjacent Sossusvlei Lodge. Exciting desert activities like guided excursions to Sossusvlei, sundowner drives and magnificent scenic flights over the dunes and coast. These can be booked at the Sossusvlei Lodge Adventure Centre.
