The third bedroom contains a double bed and an en-suite shower, while the fourth bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a luxury spa bath and shower. All bedrooms are air-conditioned, and each features private sliding doors opening onto the living space.
The home features a fully equipped modern kitchen that includes a gas stove, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine.
