Spandau Manor is located in a quiet area of the picturesque town of Graaff-Reinet and within walking distance of restaurants and other attractions.
This unit can accommodate 5 adults or 4 adults and 2 children under 17, in a stylishly decorated en-suite room with air-conditioning. The room has a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains.
The room is furnished with a queen-size bed and a double sleeper couch, as well as an en-suite bathroom with a shower, basin and toilet. There is another bedroom containing a double bed.
The room has a bar fridge, microwave oven, air fryer, tea- and coffee-making facilities, cutlery, and a TV with a full DStv package, Netflix, Disney, Prime Video and Showmax. Guests are offered complimentary Wi-Fi, a Weber braai and outdoor braai facilities.
Coffee, tea, milk, sugar, rusks and ice are provided. There is a sliding door that leads to the deck and provides access to the garden with a swimming pool and braai facilities.
The property is also equipped with an emergency water source to support municipal water for guests' convenience when there are water interruptions that occur regularly in Graaff-Reinet. An inverter and solar panels are also available when loadshedding occurs.
Secure parking behind a remote-controlled gate, out of sight of the street is available. The parking area is equipped with security lights, beams and cameras. The property has a security system with armed response.
