Sparrow’s Nest Luxury Cola Beach House is situated in the exclusive Cola Beach Conservancy, Sedgefield. This elegant 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home offers luxury coastal living with a pool and an inviting bar area. The property accommodates 8 guests, making it suitable for family holidays or groups seeking comfort and privacy.
The first bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a toilet and a bath. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed. The third bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a toilet and shower. The fourth bedroom is furnished with a double bed. There is an additional bathroom fitted with a toilet and shower, as well as a separate toilet. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have private balconies.
The kitchen is fully fitted for self-catering and includes a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, cutlery, and crockery. The open-plan dining and living area features a dining table, comfortable seating, and a TV, with large windows allowing natural light into the space.
Outside, the covered patio offers space for alfresco dining, while the rim-flow infinity pool and bar area provide space for relaxation. The bar and lounge open onto an entertainment deck with views of the Indian Ocean and the surrounding birdlife.
A 3.6 kVA inverter ensures the lights and TV remain operational during load shedding. The owners reside on the property in a separate unit above the garage and are available to assist while maintaining privacy.
