Breakage Deposit

Additional cleaning or laundry services can be arranged on request at an extra cost if required.
The home has a garden and pool service that attends once a week and will only work outside during guests’ stay.
Guests are required to present a valid physical identification document or driver’s licence upon arrival for check-in.
Authorised staff may use body-worn cameras during evictions, safety threats, property damage, non-compliance, or trespassing. Guests will be notified that the interaction is being recorded. Cameras are only used in common or outdoor areas, never in bedrooms or bathrooms. Footage is stored securely, accessed only by authorised staff, and used only for investigations, disputes, or legal/insurance purposes, in line with South African law (POPIA & Constitution)
