Extra Fees
In addition to the rates in the table above, this property also charges a once-off:
- Admin Fee of R495.00 per booking
- Cleaning Fee of R1,500.00 per booking

Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R5000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment. Any violation will result in immediate eviction without a refund.
Alcohol consumption is not permitted in communal areas.
Any issues or concerns should be reported on the day of arrival to ensure prompt attention.
Late in-person check-ins after 19:00 incur an additional charge of R500.
Home Meets Hotel provides a starter pack to ensure a smooth arrival. This includes tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water, basic cleaning detergents and bathroom amenities. These items are not replenished during the stay.
A sufficient number of prepaid electricity units is provided for the duration of the stay. Excessive use of air conditioning or heating may deplete these units more quickly. Any additional usage beyond the provided units will be at the guest’s expense, and electricity consumption is capped at the apartment’s average rate.
Guests are advised to bring their personal login details for DStv, Netflix, Amazon Prime and other streaming services, as not all apartments include these credentials.
Housekeeping can be arranged at an additional cost. For stays longer than 7 nights, a complimentary mid-stay cleaning service, including a change of linen, is provided.
Guests should bring their own international plugs or converters, as these are not supplied.
Renovations in neighbouring units may occur during working hours, and management may not always be notified in advance.
Furnishings, window coverings, kitchen utensils and other apartment details are determined by the property owner, and Home Meets Hotel can only make recommendations.
Outdoor furniture may be moved indoors during strong winds, although it may be used outside when conditions allow.
Strong winds may occasionally cause temporary odours or whistling sounds in certain apartments.
Some apartments are located near restaurants and pubs, which may result in occasional noise.
Guests unsure about the apartment’s size should confirm with their host.
Airport shuttle services can be arranged at an additional cost.
Indemnity applies. Home Meets Hotel, and the property owner does not accept liability for any loss or damage to personal belongings or persons. Guests are advised to arrange adequate travel and medical insurance.
