Smoking: No smoking is allowed inside the property.
Parties & Visitors: No parties, events, or day visitors are permitted on the premises.
Quiet Hours: No noise is allowed after 22:00. Please be mindful of other guests and neighbours at all times.
Security Deposit
Refundable Deposit: A fully refundable security deposit is required prior to check-in to safeguard against noise, breakages, and inconsiderate behaviour.
Refund Process: This deposit will be fully refunded within 3 days after check-out, provided no damages, noise complaints, or breaches of the house rules occur during your stay.
Claims: In the event of damages, excessive noise, or inappropriate conduct, the property reserves the right to make claims against the security deposit.
