House Rules
The house rules are strictly enforced, and a copy is available on request. If guests fail to comply with the house rules, guests will be requested to leave the premises. No refund will apply in this regard.
No loud music or group bookings are allowed. This accommodation is intended for families only.
The prepaid electricity meter will have 100 units upon arrival. If guests' electricity usage exceeds this amount, additional units will be for their own account.
No pets allowed. Strictly no smoking inside the apartment.
Please note that the recliner has been replaced with a daybed to provide additional sleeping space for children.
