House Rules – Stirling Place 7
Stirling Place 7 is a family holiday home located in a shared complex. To ensure a pleasant and respectful stay for all guests and neighbouring residents, the following house rules must be strictly observed:
Noise & Conduct
Strictly no excessive noise at any time. This includes loud music, shouting, or disruptive behaviour.
Quiet hours apply from 21:00 to 08:00. Please be mindful that sound carries easily within the complex.
Parties, gatherings, or events are not permitted.
This unit is intended for family use only and not for groups seeking a party or nightlife environment.
The apartment’s patio, floors, and bathrooms are cleaned daily on weekdays.
Guests are expected to keep the unit reasonably tidy during their stay.
Any breakages, damages, or missing items must be reported immediately.
A refundable breakage deposit is required and must be paid directly to the owner before arrival.
The full balance of the booking must be paid prior to check-in.
The breakage deposit will be refunded after departure, once the unit has been inspected and no damages are found.
Only the number of guests confirmed in the booking may stay overnight.
Visitors who are not staying overnight are not permitted without prior approval.
Guests must bring their own swimming towels and bath towels.
No pets allowed, under any circumstances.
Smoking is only permitted in the stoep and bar areas. No smoking inside the unit.
Please respect the unit and furnishings – this is a private family home, not a hotel.
The unit is accessed via 8 stairs and may not be suitable for young children, elderly guests, or guests with mobility challenges.
Parents are responsible for the supervision of children at all times, especially on the balcony and near the swimming pool.
Failure to comply with these house rules may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund, and/or forfeiture of the breakage deposit.
By booking and staying at Stirling Place 7, guests acknowledge and agree to these house rules.
