Strandjakkals is a comfortably furnished self-catering property located in Leisure Bay, Port Edward, just 500 m from Ivy Beach Leisure Bay Beach. This spacious home offers the perfect setting for a relaxed coastal getaway.
The property accommodates up to 8 guests and comprises 4 en-suite bedrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, the second features a double bed, and the remaining 2 bedrooms each contain 2 single beds. All bathrooms are en-suite and fitted with showers and toilets. Linen and bath towels are provided.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a stove and oven, microwave, fridge, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. Meals can be enjoyed at the breakfast bar or the dining table. A washing machine is also available for guest use.
Strandjakkals offers 2 comfortable lounge areas, one of which features a TV with selected DStv channels and a DVD player. Stacking doors open onto an outdoor area with braai facilities and lounge chairs, providing a great space for entertaining and relaxing. The property is fenced and fitted with beams, and an alarm system linked to armed response ensures peace of mind. In the event of water interruptions, a water tank with a pressure pump is available.
Guests are centrally located to enjoy the wide range of activities Port Edward has to offer, including swimming, fishing, wakeboarding, super tubing, and golfing, as well as mountain biking, hiking, and walking trails. Nearby attractions include the Port Edward Lighthouse, Mzamba Fossils and Petrified Forest, the St John Shipwreck, and the Red Desert Nature Conservation and Umtamvuna Nature Reserve.
