Right of admission remains strictly reserved
All registered guests must provide a copy of ID or passport, residential address, and vehicle registration where available upon booking confirmation as a condition of access
The swimming pool is fitted with a safety cover; use is at own risk and children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times
Functions, parties, loud music, and any activity causing disturbance are not permitted, particularly during quiet time
Only registered guests as per the booking are permitted on the premises; visitors are generally not allowed, with day visitors for longer stays subject to prior approval
A maximum of one infant up to 2 years old is permitted, provided guests supply their own travel cot
