Smoking is not allowed. Guests will be liable for a fine for any smoking violations.
Parties are not allowed.
No loud noise is allowed after 21:00, and no noise is permitted after 23:00.
Guests may be required to provide a copy of all ID or passport documents for registration with the building manager.
No more than 2 visitors are allowed at any time, and no overnight stays are permitted for anyone other than the guests booked.
Guests will be required to sign a document upon check-in confirming the house rules.
For bookings of 30 nights or more, electricity usage is limited to R500 for a one-bedroom unit and R750 for a two-bedroom unit.
