House Rules
Children and infants are welcome.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is not allowed.
Parties are not allowed.
An extra charge of ZAR 150.00 will apply when checking in after 18:00 and after 22:00, an extra fee of ZAR 250.00 which is payable upon check in.
No loud noise after 21:00 and no noise after 23:00.
No smoking. You will be liable for a fine up to R1000 for smoking violations.
We may require you to send us a copy of all the guests ID/ Passport documents as we need to register you at the building manager.
No more than 2 visitors are allowed at any time, and no one is allowed to stay over except for the guests booked.
You will also be required to sign a document upon check in explaining the house rules.
For monthly rentals (30+ nights) electricity will be limited to R500.00 for a 1 bedroom and R750.00 for a 2 bedroom.
