Breakage Deposit

House Rules
Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, vapes, e-cigarettes or any other substances, is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, both indoors and outdoors. Any breach of this rule may result in immediate eviction without prior warning.
Only guests who are included in the original reservation are permitted on the property. Visitors, friends or additional people not part of the confirmed booking are not allowed. Any breach of this rule may result in immediate eviction.
The guest who made the booking must check in personally. A valid government-issued ID, such as a passport, driver’s licence or national ID, must be presented on arrival to verify the booking. Check-in for third parties or individuals whose names do not match the reservation cannot be permitted.
Authorised staff may use body-worn cameras during evictions, safety threats, property damage, non-compliance, or trespassing. Guests will be notified that the interaction is being recorded. Cameras are only used in common or outdoor areas, never in bedrooms or bathrooms. Footage is stored securely, accessed only by authorised staff, and used only for investigations, disputes, or legal/insurance purposes, in line with South African law (POPIA & Constitution)
